Mostly small operations — sole traders, family-run shops, early-stage service businesses — across various sectors in the Klang Valley and wider Malaysia. We work well with owners who are hands-on in their business day-to-day and want to think more deliberately about direction.
Do I need to prepare anything before our first meeting? +
Nothing formal is needed. It is helpful to come with a rough sense of what is on your mind, but we will guide the conversation from there. If you have recent financial figures or a sense of your monthly rhythm, that context can be useful — but it is not a requirement for starting.
How long before I might see any changes from a review or plan? +
That depends on what you choose to act on and how quickly conditions allow. Some owners make small practical adjustments within a few weeks of a Foundations Review. Larger directional changes — staffing, pricing structures, market positioning — often take a few months to work through thoughtfully.
Are sessions conducted in person or online? +
Both options are available. Many clients in Kuala Lumpur meet us in person at our Bukit Bintang office, which tends to allow for more relaxed conversation. For clients elsewhere in Malaysia, we conduct sessions via video call — the quality of the work is the same either way.
What is your pricing and how do payments work? +
The Foundations Review is RM 350, paid before the review begins. Growth Planning Sessions are RM 880 for the full package of three sessions and the plan document. The Steady Partnership is RM 1,560 for a twelve-month term. Payment is via bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit.
Is what I share with you confidential? +
Yes. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. We do not share client information with third parties, and we treat all business details — financial, operational, personal — with full discretion. This is a foundation of how we work, not just a policy note.
